@busylady @havrotb We're not really sure. It's connected to a stream which has existed since around 1100. At some point it has run through pipes, but it was opened again some years ago.

@justine_x No, the stream makes a turn right after the waterfall, so that wasn't necessary.

1100??? Wow ... I don't think there is anything that old in Ottawa, except maybe some rocks! haha Maybe it was part of an aqueduct?
