half and half

This is my interpretation of half and half. I'm not sure if there's a photographic definition of what constitutes half and half. The couple makes the whole and the bush between them separates and yet unifies them in one shot.

The photographer who runs this challenge every year traditionally suggests a square crop with a strong dividing line down the center. That being said, this is also 365 where everyone has the freedom to interpret the challenge as they see fit- your project, your rules! I do like the way you've described it and I think it works. Good shot!
