Daily French lesson

While I was preparing two cups of tea, my wife was practicing her daily French lesson. I sneaked out of the room, set up my camera on the mini tripod and got this chiaro scuro portrait of my better half. I love listening to her and tease her by repeating sounds that I hear as French and Greek are the same to me.
I wasn't sure of the outcome since I only used the light from the tablet, but I kind of like the result. Best on black.

Being such a small island, foreign languages are important to us as they open up opportunities abroad. Those of us who continue to study usually go for a third and fourth language. As soon as we decide to start travelling once more I'm sure it's going to be France, probably north east:)
