Balluta Buildings by elza

Balluta Buildings

Photographed at the end of my walk from Mosta to St Julian's Bay (8.6km). I've always considered Balluta Buildings to be one of the finest of the few surviving examples of Art Nouveau architecture in Malta. The Roman numerals at the central block read 1928. The building is intact and in relatively good condition, although it is in need of restoration.

An elegant place in which to live, even if the building is in need of refreshing.
