OK so my attempt at a yellow theme this week is blown out of the water!
Today we headed down to the South coast on a double mission. One - to find a wine glass wholesaler that sells a particular sort of glass that Colin has seen on the internet (not sure why as we have a lot of glasses already). Success, an amazing place on an industrial estate which also gave us a very good deal for the six glasses we purchased - I think they are actually used to selling in the hundreds.
Secondly, we wanted to visit Colin's cousin Tony and his wife Janet who have just moved house in Steyning. As they live so close to the coast we could not go straight there without seeing the sea! This is Worthing pier and as it was so bright I decided it would look better as a high key black and white image. I think it has quite a English feel about it with the waves crashing in and the distant 'Pier Amusements' sign.
It was blustery but quite mild and we had lunch in a lovely little tea shop inside the old 1930s cinema on the front.
@emmadurnford Yes we are nearer Horsham but Steyning is only a twenty minute drive away. Watch out for that Mr @padlock. He is very vulgar and you don't know what he might get up to. He was even asking me for naughty phrases in French yesterday!
