In my absence there have been mysterious goings on in Teddington. Virtually overnight a number of custom made picture frames have appeared around Teddington on street and road signs. Nobody has any idea of who has done this but they are beautifully made and actually give an individual look to the place. I wrote a brief report in case any further information comes up! -
