This is the first crop of our parsley from our herb bed.

It went with a big bunch of fresh mint to make homemade mint sauce (however - note to self - the recipe was wrong and seemed to triple the amount of vinegar needed!).
Beautifully crisp and fresh and green. My mum used to make mint sauce, but I don't think it had parsley in it--must ask her.
