My deliveries to branches of Waterstones continue and today I had to restock the Twickenham branch.Earlier we popped into Squires to check card supplies and also to visit the pet section. We are sorely missing Brockley the hamster and we are planning to add to the Durnford family after my birthday. There were only two hamsters in stock and they were sensibly hiding away in the bedding. Watch this space for a new addition in a month or so. It took me longer than usual as I also was cleaning stock and reorganising after removal of the Christmas cards.
In the meantime it was bitterly cold and the seagulls had lined up on the railing by the river where we had parked the car.
