I'm not sure about this photo as it looks rather sinister!
It is actually my new mask and snorkel which we bought from a specialist shop in Gunnersbury. It took quite a while as we tested out numerous masks to see if they created a good seal and so will not leak. The snorkel is a vast improvement on my old one with a valve at the top to prevent water coming in when I dive underwater and a valve at the bottom through which I can blow out any water.
Afterwards we went to the opticians to order new lenses for Colin's glasses and afterwards onto Stanfords in Covent Garden to buy some more detailed maps for our trip in September.
