It is so good to catch up with Hester with a bit more time than when we met a few weeks ago at West Dean in Sussex. We headed up town to see Hester’s print at the Bank Side Gallery on the South Bank. It is a great exhibition although I will be honest,. We did not see too much up town besides the exhibition as we were yakking too much! This is Hester Cox - Printmaker extraordinaire in an elegant pose in from of the gallery.

The weather was stunning and I think anyone visiting London at the moment must be seeing it at its best. We walked the South Bank as far as Tower bridge and then crossed it to return via the Tower Hill tube stop. Colin had rustled up his speciality of Spanish Rice for our evening meal which was really nice.
