Whoops! I was so busy that I totally forgot to take a photo and so instead I’ve posted my diary.
As you can see I posted Hester and Brian’s presents as they arrive home from Australia today. Then it was off to Tescos to collect the fresh food and back again to rustle up a delicious fish pie for this evenings meal, followed by boozy sliced oranges and marscapone and cream.
I literally just finished making this and washing up when Mum and Ian arrived - brilliant timing on my part and lovely to see them both for. Christmas number two.
