First thing I was out in Bushy Park doing the last session of week 4 of the Couch25Km app. It was hard work with a final difficult 5 minute run but I did manage to complete it without stopping. Such a relief to finish the 4 sessions of running.
Today I have mostly been cleaning! Colin is back tomorrow and as we have a friend coming next week I thought I'd pre-empt the usual flurry of cleaning and do it myself now so that we can enjoy time together (not cleaning!) when he comes home tomorrow.
I love our glass shelves but they do collect dust. I worked shelf by shelf taking everything off, polishing the shelf and all the items before putting them back. There was a lot of polish action and I think the room in now sparkling. More cleaning and vacuuming tomorrow as well and possibly some baking as well!
