Main news of the day is good - Mum’s consultant has managed to remove all of the cancer which was more than they had originally expected and have not found any evidence of any malignant cells in the sentinel nodes they removed. This is great news and now mum can continue healing ready for her next course of treatment which will be three weeks of radiotherapy in a couple of months time.
She is really doing well and I’m so proud of her even though she doesn’t really realise how well she is doing!
This evening it was a return to my photo club after the break over the summer yet again the person supposed to be doing the tea had not turned up so I gave Emmeline a hand. This is Seamus looking very characterful in his steam punk hat!
