I was on a culinary day today as tomorrow we are meeting Jane - Colin’s cousin Gordon’s wife - who has travelled all the way from Australia. To give her the full British experience I made a Victoria sponge cake to have with a cup of ta tomorrow. I also made my second Summer Pudding after the success of last time. I have a feeling that this will become a dessert for some time now! Fingers crossed it comes out easily.
