Continuing with work today and I drafted a letter to complain about the failure of our electric blanket after only a couple years of use. We have already had a number of telephone calls and exchange of emails so now we are attempting to go higher up the line.
In addition, I was really pleased to be contacted by the Editor of our local TW magazine to be told that they are using not one but two of my images for their two Christmas editions of the local magazine. They will look really good and they have a 13,000 circulation so should be good for publicity.
