Our usual early start for the Bushy Park run this morning this time accompanied by Chris. It was a beautiful morning and dewy underfoot. There was a slight low mist. I was a few seconds slower than last week but close to 30 minutes which is not bad considering I have not been out at all during the week. Chris did well at just over 27 minutes.
He headed off later in the morning and I spend the afternoon putting easy a years worth of travel magazines which have been piled in the spare bedroom for nearly a year! It felt good to finally have them away.
Positive: It was a beautiful day in Bushy Park and I’ve put away a years worth of magazines!
