I dropped the final batch of cards that I will ever deliver to The Card Collection in Teddington. Sadly they will be closing in March after Mothers’ Day and will then just be trading from their larger shop in Molesey. It is a really shame they are going as they are an independent shop with an excellent range of cards… and I enjoyed my regular ‘put the world to rights’ chats with Julia. I’ll have to make an effort to get over to Molesey more… and there are Belgium chocolate there!
I was really shocked to get an email from Inside Asia regarding my application for one of the their travel positions travelling Asia. Clearly my approach of putting down everything and being rather over the top worked! Next step in the process is to submit 5 - just 5 - of my best/favourite travel photos. Where do I start? I have recruited Mum, Hester and Colin as my online consultants to consider my choices. I spent so long thinking about the photos that I did not actually take anything interesting today so here are the first of my favourite Muscari/Grape Hyacinths coming up in the pot from last year.
