1 year, 273 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.
Our last full day in Penzance and it rained in the morning but brightening up a lot in the afternoon.
We headed off to the North Coast to the Levant mine and walked along the South West Coast Path to Geevor mine. It was extremely windy to the extent that sometimes it was difficult to stand up and certainly to take photos! The waves were amazing and with a slight sea mist, very impressive. Despite walking for some time and up and down, we managed less than 9,000 footsteps.
In the evening Hester made a really nice vegetarian bean hotpot with breadcrumb crust and I finished the meal with a raspberry pudding, mainly as there was a pot of posh custard to finish up! I think everyone was rather too tired for a board game this evening.
