2 years and 30 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020
Today is the last day of my photo clubs exhibition at the Landmark Centre. It’s been really hard work but even so I’m always sorry when it finishes. I was on duty in the shop in the morning but it was not too onerous as having been on duty yesterday evening I knew what was going on. Also my friends Free and Gill were on duty at the same time so it was a nice morning.
Back home briefly for lunch and to refill the bird feeders and then back before closing to help clear up. I had to close up the shop literally and a number of people did not turn up to collect their shop items which caused quite a headache and a full van for Seamus to take home until it’s collected! The morning was not made easier by a new member with a massive frame who could not actually come to take it down due to attending a Greek Orthodox Easter event - he is very arrogant but kindly the Landmark agreed to let him leave his display up until Monday!
The good news is that one of the club members bought my Richmond montage so that was one less to carry home along with my long print, unsold cards and the card reader - I was really loaded down but somehow I managed it. It was flat out to clear everything up which resulted in me cutting my finger but that was the only casualty.
