At last, in between the showers we made it to the Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park - third time lucky!
This time the light was easier to photograph in as the grey sky prevented strong shadows and pools of bright light although a bit more light would have been nice. This is one of the little woodland streams with colourful rhododendrons and azaleas either side. Finally I think I have a good image for another greeting card.
Looks so much better large. Can see the stream and bridge so much better. Lovely composition with the stream leading us to the back and just that little bit of light. Great one for you greeting card collection but I see that you had to put a lot of work into it to get just the right day and light.
