This is a Canada Goose.

It is one of a flock currently grazing on Teddington Lock island. It amused me somewhat as we see far more Canada Geese here in the UK than we ever did in Canada!
I like the pov in this; this goose seems to have a very downright, "here I am, cope with it" sort of stance. I'm wondering if our population was already a bit depleted when you were here, as I've seen a few flocks flying south. Some, of course, stay here all year round.
