My husband has been cooking dinner almost every night for 6 months while I have been freelancing full time on 2 back-to-back projects. Tonight I thought he deserved a little break, so I cooked. The menu included Giada's Roman style chicken (chicken with prosciutto, red peppers, diced tomatoes and fresh herbs in a white wine sauce), roasted potatoes and carrots with fresh rosemary, and cubed zucchini with mushrooms and onions. Yum!
