The pink dogwood is my favorite - as you said, sometime one is all it needs. I love the dof and the pink against the green. Lovely picture.

I'm sure by now you know that's my favorite of all the flowering trees in our area, I can often bloom before even it's leaves come out, making it that much more dramatic. Not this year. Thanks for posting
