With the removal of the big maple tree in the back yard, the light has completely changed. We now have sun in new places, like behind this leafy shrub.
A nice way to think about the loss of that tree - the lighting is quite pretty, though I know you're missing that shade. The lighting sure makes the details of those leaves stand out. Pretty shot.
