I thought I'd do something different and try Amy's Impressionism challenge. We went to an art opening in New Haven and this is the entrance to the club where it was held.
That entrance makes a great impressionistic work - love the bricks against the pathway - colors go so well. Catching just the brief touch of red was neat. And the light and dark on the archways shows up beautifully. Could have done an "art's card" on this back in college days.
