I did not even pick up my camera today (except to move it off of the kitchen table and put it in its' proper spot) so this is a filler from yesterday.
Rather like the back lighting concept, and will continue to work on getting it right. Not happy with this shot - find it rather bland and boring. I find that yesterday's Grass Fireworks has much more interest. For comparison:
For your get pushed challenge this week, I'd like you to have a go at a night landscape (bonus points if you can include the moon or stars!). Try to have it bright enough that we can see everything clearly, while also making sure it still looks like night. Does this make sense? Good luck!
Beautiful composition with the curving lines and the background works so well with all that darkness on the left and the light area in the upper right. I really like this.

I don't find it bland or boring... I think this picture is alive and vibrant. I love the simplicity of the shot with the focus on the 2 golden grasses, lovely just as it is, fav.
