Over the Top

I think that this editing is over the top! For the ETSOOI challenge.
I don't know why, but I seem to be entering every challenge out there lately. I guess it is all a part of trying to figure out my PS Elements and how it all works together.
The original colour version is here - and even it had some editing done to it!

It's fun to try out new things, but the colour shot works for me. Did you download the Nik collection Wendy? It's free and it gives you loads more filters and editing options to play around with, well worth it, I use it way more than PSE now.
