The racers were started three at a time at three minute intervals but it was inevitable that the faster ones who started later would catch up and pass the slower ones as what was happening here.
I stopped by one of the first bridges to get a bucolic scene of the first few racers before heading to grab a spot at the rapids.
This one is definitely the best. More color and the trees are more dramatic. Good job with the editing. I've never tried shooting raw. Something on my bucket list.
