Wearing a white hard hat is the best job you can get. White means supervisor ... and that can mean standing around with your hands in your pocket watching those with coloured hard hats getting their hands dirty.
However, I have known a fair number of supervisors who are willing to work. I have also known some who won''t.
So, please do not think I am insulting supervisors because I am not. They too have a job to do and I will not tell them how to do it.
