My oldest always gets me a calendar to go into the wooden calendar frame hung in my kitchen and a daily Old Farmer's Almanac for my computer desk.
I was flattered when she told me she chose this calendar because the pictures reminded her of the photos I take.

I am going to try to do every monthly word this year (but will try for January first and see how it goes from there - lol!)
i love the old farmer's almanac. when i used to live in the farm with the ex, his mother would always find me reading her copy of it. it has a lot of sometimes funny information. i might have kept some that's about 50 years old along with 1927 copies of national geographic.
