Dull days with occasional snow showers continue. The snow has cleared in York, although in areas not too far away there is still a heavy covering of snow on the ground.
Here a brief break in the cloud passes over, giving a hint that the sun hasn't completely deserted us!
Nice to see the sun trying to come through - we have actually had blue skies today, although listened to Radio 4 just now and they were interviewing someone from one of the Scottish islands because she had seen the sun - missing for the rest of us for the last 12 months, they said!! Nice shot!
Thank you Ann. We've not been too bad in York compared with some other parts of Yorkshire, the snow has now all gone, but a few miles further west things are still pretty bad.
