W-hoop W-hoop!

Any opportunity for some reckless exercise and me and my friends are there! My friends and I have quite taken to aerial hooping, though with living away I don't get to go very often. This is my friend Heather, who is very good at doing things in mid-air, making it look easy (trust me, my muscles tell a very different story!!!).
