It isn't very often that I see sunrise, especially this time of year when it happens at around 4:30am. However, there are nights when I don't sleep very well and last night was one of those nights. So, a chance to spend half an hour looking through our back bedroom window as the sky gradually begin to lighten and gain colour. This shot was taken about 12 mins before sunrise.

A nap yesterday afternoon and a good sleep last night has restored me to normality!
