Small Florida Bird

This is an extreme crop, and nowhere near as sharp as I'd like, but I found it in Florida (just outside of Tampa) and I'm wondering if anyone can identify it for me.

I think it is a Spectacled Vireo Joanne.
I don't know anything about it, but I recognised it from it's " glasses".
