I love Dutch Bros. coffee shops. Not only do the young staff members that work there seem genuinely happy, efficient and polite, I swear something must be put in the oxygen that they breathe. But also, many of their coffee drinks are made with chocolate milk which makes them extra smooth and delicious. Yum! They are also a company that supports local law enforcement officers and firemen. Any time there is a loss of life, while on the job and serving the community, they hold a one day fundraiser and $1 of every drink served goes to support the family. Coffee sales and other donations raised $82,602 for the family of the 22 year old Deputy Sheriff Natalie Corona who was ambushed, shot and killed on January 10. Another reason to love Dutch Bros.
@yorkshirekiwi Me neither, Carole. I do not understand our gun laws either. Except that the NRA is one of the top 3 strongest lobbyists in Washington and fights for the right to bear arms. It is tough to get any reforms passed. Also the Second Amendment to the Unites States Constitution protected the right of the people to keep and bear arms in 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights. But it is 2019, and the need to bears arms causes more harm than good. We have law enforcement to protect us now and it is not longer necessary to protect the homestead. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Rifle_Association https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution
