I don't know the kind of tree this is but I thought the leaves were pretty. I went up to Apple Hill in Placerville, California and bought pears, hot apple cider doughnuts, apple crumb doughnuts, caramel and more. It is an annual event for many families. This tree was at Rainbow Orchards where we stopped for the fresh apple cider doughnuts. They had their power turned off due to wind/fire safety but had a generator to stay open for business.
How beautiful! Apple cider doughnuts - heaven! When we visited Vermont a few years ago in October, we stopped at a garden centre that offered hot apple cider doughnuts. They were amazing! Had not heard of them before that.
