The homes are a mix of vintage & charming to new & beautiful...all are very expensive.
I stayed at Pelican Perch, the grey duplex in the middle photo. It is the home of a wonderful friend. I stayed in the downstairs with a friend from Ohio that had never been to Catalina. The downstairs is a 2 bedroom/1 bath with kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and in line with the pier...a great location to everything. So fun.
