This is Giovanni and he’s a brand spanking new member of the fleet.
He’s literally just passed his test, so he’s greener than grass when it comes to driving.
He will be spending quite abit of time being watched by a senior driver trainer and carefully guided through the myriad of procedures and techniques necessary within this industry.

I love these shots of the drivers. I can't even imagine going out on the road for the 1st time. I have driven a 26' box truck some and that is plenty big for me to maneuver. Your lighting is spot on.
