Maple bacon funnel cake......'nuf said!
My husband has a booth at the state fair selling UTVs, lawn mowers, and go-carts. Along with helping out, I am enjoying some of the fair food too. I am certain to regret it at some point, but for now.......

I just found the recipe on youtube and have never seen anything like it before! You really have to have the right equipment to do it! Absolute yum!

@ruthmouch not both at the fair my dear. if you will notice this was taken last November. It was the day before my dad died and I think my last photo that I posted before my long hiatus. It was amazing to eat and way more than I could finish. If you come to this country I will do everything in my power to get one for you 👍😜
