Visiting Mt. Rushmore has been a dream of mine for most of my life. So much so, as a matter of fact, that I had convinced myself I saw it when I was a very small child. My parents assured me I have never been. That is why I was thrilled to have the opportunity to stop there while I was helping my niece to move from Milwaukee to Washington state. It was a cold a rainy day but it was still an amazing experience.
