Uh..wow. That is a challenge. When I start feeling sorry for myself with my health problems, I do try to tell myself that there are LOTS LOTS worse things out there...... bless his heart.
Overcoming indeed, I sometimes hear people complaining about the most trivial things and then I wonder how people with real problems get through! Great shot, great reminder!
People like this man are a real example of tenacity to overcome a real problem. Last night they were interviewing one of the victims of the Boston bomb, a nice young gal who is a dance instructor, and lost her foot. It was so inspiring to hear her positive analysis of her future... in the middle of her tragedy. We should be thankful for our daily blessings.
