We were going to catch one of these buses but in the end decided to do our own hopping.
We had quite a ride round when we traveled to Leith on the bus to see Britannia so got a feel of the area then.
Harry & I must have walked around 45,000 steps & I am rather stiff today.
I quite liked the colour against those forbidding castle walls. It was a very quick shot as we walked up the hill.
Three good things,
1. A very quiet day, got the washing out then sat by the fire.
2. Braising steak & mashed potatoes for supper, a change from chips with everything!
3. I tot of my indulgent purchase of The Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Gin. Put it away now until Christmas!
