Rain Drenched Iris ~

My neighbor gave me several bulbs of this “ Purple Japanese Roof Iris “ Iris Tactorum....Yesterday the first bloom opened & overnight it was battered by the heavy rain. Still delightful!

I think that I would flop like this if heavy rain fell on me! But iris loves water - it will recover!
