I haven't made sourdough bread in a while but yesterday I got a craving for home made bread.
I'll never be a food photographer, but here is my sourdough bread with some "brown cheese". Norwegian "brown cheese" (brunost) is normally made from goat's milk, but I prefer the milder version made from cow's milk. It is quite sweet and goes well with a tangy slice of sourdough bread :-)
