Pumpkin Soup!

Made some pumpkin soup last night and loved the look of the inside of the pumpkin.

I have never had much luck cooking pumpkins. It always turns out fairly tasteless. It's a delicious picture though.

@nairda Hmm, I agree! But, this recipe was really nice - like a Moroccan Irish stew, with chunks of pumpkin, diced lamb, black eyed peas, carrots, onion and spices. It was really tasty. The other thing I like to do is mix pumpkin with potato and make a purée.
