Pecans

Not a very scintillating photograph, but I wanted to record the pecan nuts at the golf club. They are lying everywhere and we crunch through them as we play a round of golf at the moment. The squirrels love them and are nice and fat at the moment! Snapped with the iphone and processed with PicMonkey.

@wind_of_the_sothern_sea @tristansmum Thanks Arefin and Stephanie. I am very tempted to gather these nuts, but I am allergic to them raw, so would have to cook them before I could eat them. Also the golfers might take exception to me hanging around the trees collecting nuts! The squirrels might object too! ;-) I have been known to fill my pockets with a few whilst waiting to tee off though!
