I've been wanting to do this shot for ages, but there never seems to be an appropriate moment on the golf course - so much etiquette! However, whilst waiting to tee off yesterday with my husband and his friend, I had the perfect opportunity. Dry ground and my i-phone in hand. Perfect conditions. :-)
@randystreat I did Kathy! Hence it was a benefit for the ground to be dry, and to be with my husband who has seen me do all sorts of strange things to get a photo!
@kwind I used to think it would be a boring game until I started playing. It's great fun, but I often go round wishing I had my camera on me. The light yesterday, for example, was stunning, and at 5pm the sun was just starting to go down, so there were some great shots in the making. One day I'll go out early, armed with camera, JUST to get some photos.
@cazann Thanks Caz - Safe enough as long as you're not too close to the water hazards - there are all sorts of 'beasties' in there! @sansjuan Thanks Nita! @seejillrun It's a great family game. We play with our kids too - although they don't have much time for it these days with their University work and all their hockey and rugby commitments. @killeen Thanks!

I used to play a bit but would rather walk round with my camera and let hubby play golf
@sansjuan Thanks Nita!
