I toyed with all sorts of 'special' images to post to celebrate day 365, however, I decided that this was about as special as it gets, especially as we prepare to leave the US. We were fortunate to get to visit the East Wing of the White House whilst visiting Washington DC this weekend. No photos inside, of course, but I felt it was appropriate to post this as my personal iconic 365th day photo.

Congrats on your 365th picture! It had to've been a triumphant moment to post this final picture of the 1st year project. Glad to see there's another photo after this one — that means you're continuing on with us. Yay!
@lyndemc Yes, I'm hanging in there Denise, partly because I know that France is going to give me so many photo opportunities. It will be a difficult few weeks coming up though, as my computer will be in transit and I won't have internet for a while, but I'll do what I can during the changeover! I have full equipment until the 13th August!
@perspectivesimages Thanks Alison - yes I plan to hang around!. Lots of photo opportunities coming up in the future, although there may be a bit of a gap once I actually ship out of here and until I get myself up and running in France!
