Otherwise said : 'It is the time that you have wasted for your rose that makes your rose so important'. I rushed down the village yesterday on my bike, to buy flowers, despite not really having enough time for it! I had guests arriving and wanted everything to look nice. As I arrived home, with the roses in the basket of my bike, I realised that I also had to find time for the photograph! The touch of blue in the background is the horn that the kids bought me for Christmas - it is too loud to actually use, but has a place of pride on my bike, nonetheless!
@Weezilou How funny, as I cycled off from the florist, I did think exactly that, Louise. But just why does a bouquet of roses in the front basket of a bike feel so French? I have no idea!
What gorgeous little blooms. How I would've loved to have been out practicing street photography when you pedaled by with the flowers in your basket. A perfect Parisian scene!
