A temporary Hermès Exhibition in Paris designed by Hubert le Gall. We were invited to wander and wonder. This photo was taken in the 'Café of Forgotten Objects'. It was not an easy place to take photographs, but a very interesting, fun exhibition. Merci Hélène! @parisouailleurs
I can tell I'm too much of a concrete thinker. I would enjoy an exhibit like this only if I had people around me to explain it to me, like the group here who have already commented.
'Through flânerie, time is not lost it is rediscovered!' Those are the words of Pierre-Alexis Dumas, the Artistic Directeur of Hermès. However, I think it's up to us to interpret this image in our own way - as indeed with all the displays in this particular exhibition.
@parisouailleurs Oh, I did hesitate Helene! But having reserved my spot, I thought I may as well just go. It was relatively quiet though because of the rain probably. It was quite an intriguing exhibition. I didn't get many good photos though, but I had fun trying! I loved the gallery of 'shops' and your elephant in a teashop!
